Aisling Crosson, MA, LPCC
she/her
I am a specialized trauma therapist in Boulder, Colorado. With extensive education and training, I use somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in sessions with clients.
I have expertise in complex trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, dissociation, attachment wounds, self-criticism, and relationship issues.
I work with individuals and couples to help you heal deep wounds, rebuild self-worth, and cultivate authentic connection. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, dissociation, or relationship challenges, we will explore the root causes and work with the wisdom of the body to create lasting change.
My approach is to work in the present moment to increase your experience of embodiment, or your mind-body connection. I aim to help you see yourself with eyes wide open and to greet yourself with self-compassion so that you can fully feel what has been long suppressed within your system. I hope to help you unmask and learn to move through life with authenticity, ease, a capacity for intimacy, a regulated nervous system, and a thirst for joy.
One of my biggest life values is to maintain a commitment to my own growth and healing, which is a necessary part of holding space for your growth and healing. My goal as a therapist is to co-create a solid relationship with you in which you feel seen, heard, understood, and held.
This is deep work. Over time the lines between psychological and spiritual often blend. Whatever spirituality means to you, I am here to hold that space.
I am queer-affirming, HAES-aligned (Health at Every Size), neurodivergent-affirming, and poly-affirming. Whatever identities you bring to the table, you are welcome.
