Sept 10th - Dec 10th, 2025
In-person in Boulder, Colorado
$50 per group session
Registration closes Sept 3rd, 2025.
Who is this for?
Women and non-binary folks with some experience of IFS who want to practice using it to deepen relationships. This group practices sharing thoughts, feelings, and reactions to the group’s dynamics as well as practicing the art of repair when there is rupture or conflict.
This group is for you if:
You have some experience with Internal Family Systems
You don’t need to be an “expert” in IFS to join this group. To help with the mission of the group, to deepen relationships and community using IFS, we ask that you join with some understanding of or experience with IFS. Maybe you have read “No Bad Parts”, maybe you’ve been in IFS therapy for a month or even a year. We will all be continuing to learn together.
You want to build deep relationships and community
You want to truly and deeply know those in your life, and also be known by them. You know that to do this you must deeply know yourself, and you want to continue this healing journey with other like-minded people who can lift you up, mirror you, and challenge you.
You are a woman or a non-binary person
This is a group for women or non-binary folks for whom the space resonates. There will hopefully be mixed gender groups in the future.
You are committed to your own growth and healing
You are committed to your own healing and want to be surrounded by other like-minded people.
